What Makes Expedient Credit Repair Different?


We are aware that choosing a reliable service is important regarding privacy and on a personal level. What’s included in the consultation?


We make our free consultation an easy way for us to explain to you the services we offer, what is affecting your credit as of now, and how your credit score is determined. It is encouraged to ask questions during this consultation.




What fees are associated with the services?


There will be a one time Credit Audit fee of $199 due at start-up, but the $99 monthly payment is due 30 days from the date of the initial audit.




How does credit repair actually work?


Credit Repair is actually the process of removing inaccurate, unfounded, out of date, false, and erroneous information from your credit report. Your credit report dictates your credit score. The 3 major credit bureaus collect information from lenders, creditors, and debt collectors and apply it to your credit report. Based on that information, your credit score is determined. This information could include the balances on loans or credit cards, credit inquiries, debt to income ratio, and most importantly, credit utilization (the percentage of debt you have to available credit)




Can you remove anything from my credit report?


We can only fight to remove any items that fall under the guidelines of the FCRA (www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/031224fcra.pdf). These are items that should be removed due to being inaccurate, unfounded, out of date, false and/or erroneous.




How long does it take to repair my credit?


While we try to remove inaccurate, unfounded, out of date, false, and erroneous information as quickly as possible, it is impossible to give an exact timeline as each case is different. The more items we are fighting to remove, the longer it might take. Generally, it could take between 3-9 months, or an even shorter timeframe, depending on the case. Ask your sales representative about our priority service that can potentially reduce the repair time needed.




Can I still be a customer if I'm not located in Virginia?


Yes, we provide Credit Repair Services for residents nationwide (unless a restriction applies in a specific state). Many of our clients are even deployed overseas and use our services while out of the country.




Is my information secure?


Yes, we adhere to a very strict privacy policy that protects all of your valuable information. All client information is protected on a secure server and backed up routinely. To ensure documents are not compromised, we shred all paper documents after saving them in our database. We use secure computer terminals as well as an encrypted database. Every Fresh Start employee is trained to properly verify customer information and never to disclose this information to unauthorized parties. Can I sign-up online?


Yes, simply "click here”. You will be contacted within 12 business hours by a Expedient Credit Repair Representative to gather additional information, review your credit reports, and determine a plan of action. This is also a great time to ask any questions. We will collect payment information ONLY if you decide to start service after reviewing your credit report.




What is the best payment method for your service?


We accept several payment options. We also have the ability to debit and accept automatic payments.




Am I locked into a contract?


Though you do sign a customer contract, they do not have mandatory service terms. We strictly provide a monthly service that you may cancel at anytime. Please remember, we only bill you once we have already worked on your service for any given month. You are still liable for your final month’s payment after cancellation of services
